Saman Mohammadi says it well.
Since they're trying to lift the ban on government propaganda, this is what we'll likely get:
Drone strikes on Americans (probably farmers to start with, or rioters) who then get called "terrorists" or "militants" as a way of excusing murder.
Mohammadi points out that TPTB are actually weak and near the end of their power over our hearts and minds. In other words, the American people (and everyone else for that matter) aren't going to buy it when their fellow countrymen get drone-bombed and then called "militants" for an excuse.
It is much easier to rule by consent than by force. If you have to rule by force, you need an awful lot of force. And eventually people get squeezed too far and they fight back, or they get to be so afraid of their own government that they fudge data in order to continue to live, and then the government is operating on bad data.
