Supervillain Lair for Sale

I want it.  But it's a bit expensive.  It's an old NATO lair.

Actually there's a possible lair near me. I used to know the guy who owned it, but he went belly up and then moved to Dubai.  It even had tunnels and everything.  The problem is, it's in a very bad neighborhood, but hey, that wouldn't matter to a supervillain now would it?
