I wouldn't go to Cryptome for a while with any Windows computer, until they get this sorted out. Otherwise, they're a great resource for leaks. Better than Wikileaks in my opinion, and they don't seem to have to jump from server to server playing hide and seek the way Wikileaks does. Although they might have to now.
The breach occurred at Network Solutions, not at Cryptome itself.
This also prompts me to say, back up your data early and often.
